Born from the Field
Modern Facility Services was built because we kept hearing the same thing from our multi-site clients: "We wish you could handle our locations outside of Texas too."
So we built Modern Facility Services to do exactly that. Same ownership, same standards, expanded nationwide through a vetted vendor network.
In Texas, Modern Mechanical Services handles the work directly. Outside Texas, we dispatch vetted vendor partners and manage every job to the same standard. Either way, you get one point of contact and one invoice.
